WND Poll: 90% Say Time to Impeach Obama

Disclaimer: This is not a scientific poll. And it is skewed towards readers of WND, who are already on the Conservative end of the electorate.
That said, WND received nearly 10,000 votes and 90% said yes to the following question.
Q: "Is it a smart idea to pursue impeachment of Obama now?"
28% of respondents linked saying Yes to questions about whether he is eligible.
This is all in reaction to an impeachment bill being issued in Congress with regards to declaring wars. Surely if a war is justified then there will be no problem getting the approval of Congress. So why didn't Obama go through Congress to see if the war in Libya was just and/or what the objectives would be?
