Kellerman Investigations dug up a picture from Occupy New York from around October 2011.

He believes that it is of James Holmes but has his doubts. In a comment over at his site, he responds to a user that asks:

"Don’t you think that if this really was him that the media would have already gotten a hold of this picture, posted it everywhere and made it part of their headlines?"

by saying:

I have to say I do agree with you on this point. One would think.

A user over at Godlike Productions ran facial recognition software on the two faces and found that these are the same men to within a 96% accuracy.
