NationalPolls.com put together a graph of Obama's approval ratings on the economy. They did a good job in identifying some specific events in history that have caused the approval ratings to move. But what they did not mention was that the trend during his entire presidency is DOWN. Let alone why it keeps dropping.
Young People Waking Up About Obama

Younger voters are starting to wake up about Obama. According to a recent poll, 58% of 18-34 years say Obama cannot get the economy moving. (CNN: PDF)
Younger voters have been rubber stamping the Democratic party for far too long. Democratic policies have not helped younger voters get jobs. In fact the opposite.

The Pew Research Center asked adults nationwide for one single word they would use to describe Obama.
Here are the highlights.
- #2 was "incompetent"
- #4 was "socialist"
- #7 was "disappointing"
- #9 was "unqualified"
- #10 was "inexperienced"
Obama Hits New All Time Lows for His Administration

Obama hitting an all time low is not even really news anymore since Obama's policies are hitting all time lows month after month.
CBS News conducted a national poll from December 5-7 on Obama's handling of the issues...
On the economy, Obama had dropped down to 33% -- an all time low for CBS polls.
Swing States Disagree With Obama on Key Issues
Let us sum up the controversial aspects of what the Obama administration has done with respect to immigration, health care, offshore drilling, and the budget.
- suing Arizona and a few other states for passing immigration laws
- passed government takeover of medicine and a health insurance mandate
- made every effort to halt offshore drilling
- passed a trillion dollar spending bill that has not helped create jobs
And on these issues, Obama is at odds with every single swing state where there were polls I could find.
14% Approval Rating of Obama on the Economy
The Associated Press surveyed 36 economists.
NONE said Obama's policies were excellent.

- 50% said Fair. (18)
- 36% said Poor. (13)
